Built between 1910 and 1915.
The house was owned and occupied from 1924 through the 1940’s,
by William F. Gallaher, a Mesa plumber.
This is a good example of a wood frame board and batten Bungalow Style house. Distinctive detailing includes Craftsman Style windows and
original wood door.
