Hamblin House

208 North Macdonald Street

Tudor Revival
1935-1940
Architect E. Thompson
Building Altered, Additions

Built between 1935 and 1940 for Mesa dentist, Dr. John A. Hamblin.

Hamblin was an early Mesa settler and the son of Mormon pioneer trailblazers Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Hamblin, who helped to establish Pierce’s Ferry Crossing on the Colorado River.

A good example of the Tudor Revival Style in a large residential building.
