Built in 1932 as the residence for Mesa grocer M. F. Tibshraeny.
The Tibshraeny family occupied the house through the 1940’s.
One of the largest well preserved Spanish Eclectic Style houses in central Mesa.
Distinctive characteristics of the style include the Moorish, parabolic, arch focal window and portico.
