The house was built in 1912.  


Owned and occupied from 1925 through the 1930s by Charles D. Rose,
secretary-treasurer of the Mesa Evening Journal Co.


By the mid 1940s, the house was owned by H.J.Watson.


The house was purchased by Jeff Renolds in 1994 and later sold to the
Grasser family who completed the renovation in the late 1990’s.


This example of the Bungalow Style house retains a high degree of
architectural integrity of design, materials, and workmanship.
